NeyTorious is an AI-powered platform that reveals human potential — and connects it to opportunity. As machines take over the technical work of the world, the skills that remain irreplaceable are the ones only humans have: the ability to communicate, lead, persuade, and connect.
Our platform identifies the gaps in those skills, matches every person to the clubs and communities that help them close those gaps, and turns verified growth into real-world opportunity. We partner with learning and development organizations, speaking clubs, schools, and communities to build the infrastructure that lets every person grow, prove, and be discovered for their most human capabilities.

NeyTorious exists to help every person grow those skills, prove them, and turn them into opportunity, so the age of AI becomes the age we become more fully ourselves.
The Name
What NeyTorious means.
Rumi opened his greatest work — the Masnavi — with the cry of the Ney.
An instrument cut from its reed bed, longing to return. Its music does not come
despite the wound. It comes because of it.
The Ney became the eternal metaphor for the human soul: separated, longing, aching
to be heard. And when it finally finds its breath — it makes the most
beautiful sound in the world.

The person in the room whose words land differently. Whose presence shifts the
energy. Who is asked back, promoted, trusted, followed — not because of what
is written on a résumé, but because of how they make people feel
when they speak.
To be notorious is to be impossible to ignore.

Sahar Cain
Founder, CEO & CTO
A tech entrepreneur with 12+ years across AI, business intelligence, and data science — and a triple immigrant who learned early that communicating across difference isn't a soft skill, it's a survival skill.
Sahar Cain is a tech entrepreneur with 12+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, business intelligence, and data science across retail, hospitality, biotech, and transportation.
She led the development and scale of the first AI-driven talent marketplace for hospitality — a venture-backed B2B SaaS platform serving Fortune 500 clients. She also built an autonomous operating model for hospitality, leading technology strategy, brand ideation, and MVP development from the ground up. Earlier in her career she drove the global rollout of business intelligence tools across one of the world's largest direct selling organizations.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Sahar joined a research team working to expedite drug discovery through AI — because she believes technology should serve humanity's most urgent problems. That work led to research published in IEEE and MDPI journals, contributing to findings that later attracted NIH funding to advance the science further.
A triple immigrant across Iran, Malaysia, and the United States, Sahar knows firsthand that the ability to communicate across difference is not a soft skill — it is a survival skill. In her early twenties she built a hiking community from 5 members to 3,000, learning early that the hardest thing to engineer is not a platform but a people-driven movement.
She founded NeyTorious because she identified a gap no platform has solved: the skills that determine who leads, who gets hired, and who gets funded — communication, persuasion, presence — are the least measurable credentials in the professional world.
NeyTorious is the infrastructure that changes that.
Outside of building companies, Sahar holds a blue belt in Taekwondo, is a hiker and CrossFit athlete, and a former collegiate badminton player.

He is committed to leading the NeyTorious rollout across his entire district, confirming it as the infrastructure every club needs to scale the room and give members the tools they've been missing.

Sonia is a highly accomplished senior financial executive with more than two decades of executive experience in providing strategic financial governance, driving financial growth, and improving operational efficiency in corporate America. Throughout her extensive career, she has been a trusted advisor to renowned media and entertainment corporations, including MGM Studios, Tribune Media, FOX, E! Network, and Paramount Pictures. Her strategic acumen has enhanced both the top-line and bottom-line performance, maximizing return on investment, and leading to transformative successes. Currently, she is the co-founder and CEO at Galactic Road, LLC, a private investment firm that specializes in real estate and various business ventures.
Passionate about empowering the next generation of leaders and giving back to the community, Sonia is an active board member of the University of Southern California's Latino Alumni Association and also serves as an executive member of the Latino Corporate Directors Association.
Sonia obtained her BS in business administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Southern California. Originally from Lima, Peru, she now calls Los Angeles her home, where she lives with her husband and two children.
