Sahar Cain is an AI and technology leader with 12+ years of experience building intelligent systems, data platforms, and talent marketplaces across retail, hospitality, mobility, and biotech.
As part of Mogul Hotels, she helped design the core technology behind one of the first autonomous hospitality platforms and built MogulRecruiter — an AI-driven talent marketplace that grew to 1.7 million users and 8 Fortune 500 clients. She contributed to Talent Disruption, exploring the future of work and technology in hospitality, and her AI research in drug discovery received NIH funding through publications in IEEE and MDPI. She holds a Master's in Computer Science from California State University, Los Angeles.
A triple immigrant across Iran, Malaysia, and the United States, Sahar's journey shaped her conviction that communication is not a soft skill — it is the skill that determines whether talent and ideas are ever truly recognized.
She founded NeyTorious because she believes that in a world increasingly shaped by AI and robotics, true human skills — the ability to communicate, persuade, and lead — are becoming the rarest and most valuable asset of all.
